                                                      Composting Latrines

                                                      SewHope is currently working with the villagers to install composting latrines in all of their homes.  We have now installed 20 composting latrines in their homes. While building the latrines is a project, the more difficult issue has been to change the culture of the community so that they understand how poor sanitation contributes to disease. It is
                                                      For this reason that we believe our approach of developing strong relationships and a comprehensive program is crucial. Our local employees work diligently to educate the local people about the role of poor sanitation in disease and the great benefits that come with composting latrines.
