Sr. Pamela Marie Buganski
“God is always talking to me when I am in Guatemala.”
Last evening, we welcomed Jonathan. He is an architect who studied at Harvard. Jonathan is hoping to be able to assist SewHope in planning the community center we hope to build in Santa Ana on land that SewHope purchased last year. Today Ismael, Orfe, Hanssel and I tried to give Jonathan the lay of the land....literally and figuratively. I asked Jonathan how he got connected to SewHope. He gave the answer that we in SewHope are used to hearing.....basically, he described it as because of a "random encounter". This "randomness" is the first sign that this visit is from God! Another name for it is Divine Providence. Once again we know and believe that SewHope and the people served through its mission are gifts of God and that we are the servants of a good and loving God.
