We are proud to announce that in 2010 SewHope has been awarded a $25,000 grant from Dell Computers to use in our education program.

Education - the key to breaking the cycle of poverty

We realize that the real way to help a community out of poverty is to educate the children.  It has been shown that overpopulation can only be controlleded when girls see a future for themselves through education.  For this reason, we are currently developing a strong relationship with the local schools and helping them in multiple ways. In addition to teacher training,  below are  some of the projects we are currently working on.
