ACADEMIC PROGRAM ASPECTS
SewHope's faith-based Independent School employs certified Guatemalan teachers, and offers a full curriculum to students in grades K-5. SewHope students attend a full day of classes, as opposed to Guatemalan public school students who attend only half days.

Penpal ProgramSewHope students participate in a PenPal Program with Maumee Valley Country Day students in Toledo, Ohio. There are many aspects of life that transcend linguistic, socioeconomic and cultural differences, such as friendship, family and fun. Through games, drawings, letters and Zoom calls, students form connections with their peers in the United States. |
